Our Negative Air Pressure Unit (NPU) will enable cleanrooms in hospitals to quarantine seriously contagious patients. Any air that flows out of the room has to first flow out of a filter, ensuring that no contaminants can escape.

Dust emissions are a continued focus for many companies associated with resources, minerals and earth works. In addition to monitoring and reduction programs most companies take additional measures to ensure that areas housing important equipment such as switch rooms and control centres are dust free.

Maintaining control of production, reducing equipment failure and alleviating expensive maintenance procedures to mitigate dust emissions were the key principles applied to the development of the CPU II Pressurisation unit that offers a clean air flow without the need for frequent filter replacements.

CPU II - Pressurisation Unit

The CPU II Pressurisation Unit uses a unique cyclonic separator to remove up to 85% of incoming contaminants and will quickly eject 99% of larger particles remaining, (20 microns and above) before the air enters the filter chamber.

Three large high efficiency filter cartridges contained in the chamber reduce filter replacement and frequent maintenance inspections. A variable speed fan provides constant correct pressure without the loss of conditioned air. The CPU II can be configured for top, left, right or forward discharge along with either left or right hand electrical access panels.

BA200 – Wall Mounted Pressurisation Unit

Pressurisation units are installed into laboratories, switchrooms or control rooms to provide positive pressure to the building keeping out migrating dust from the ambient environment that can cause damage to sensitive electronic equipment.

The BA 200 wall unit allows mounting above existing HVAC equipment when space is restricted. This system is a fully sealed unit with a two-stage filtration system with easy access to components for comfortable and reliable serviceability.

Type 1, Class A, Dry disposable extended surface panel filters, which offer economical, intermediate efficiency and meet the requirements of AS1668.2.

Synthetic ultrasonic pocket filters offer high efficiency filtration while maintaining a low resistance to airflow.

WCPU PRESSURISATION UNIT

WCPU offers a wall mounted and lightweight option when space and size is restricted.

The WCPU unit has a two stage filtration system with a Cyclonic separator discharging the bulk of contaminants before entering the second stage filter area. Airflow is then directed through a single high efficiency filter that requires much less maintenance due to the cleaner air supply.

Configuration of a left or right or vertical discharge provides a range of options for positioning the pressurisation system.
